The Parents & Friends Support Group

The Parents & Friends Support Group is made up of parents of current youth members as well as adult members of St. Oliver's Scout Group. The purpose of this group is to support the Management of the Scout Group, in its delivery of the Scouting programme.  The PFSG is represented on the Group Council, which meets monthly.  Currently, the chairperson of the Parents & Friends Support Group is Pat Hanratty.

Our main goals for the current scouting year are as follows:
  • Represent the views of parents
  • Assist with fundraising
  • Provide a line of communication between the Group and all parents
